There are a couple of ways in which you can approach this.
1. Every war in modern history has been started by men. As far as we can tell, no war in all of human history has ever been started because a woman was menstruating.
2. The idea that women behave irrationally while on their periods is a stereotype. If this sterotype were true of all women, there would be no successful female surgeons, generals, CEO's, etc. Obviously, the stereotype is not globally true.
3. Hillary Clinton is fifty-nine years old. It is VERY likely that she hit menopause many years ago and thus does not have periods any more. This makes the point entirely moot.

Ask him what bush's excuse was? Is he secretly a woman? cause he just ran off one day and decided to get us into a war, even though there were no weapons of mass destruction, no evidence at all Iraq had anything to do with anything?
It must be a texas thing, or a man thing, or a bush thing, or an oil baron thing?
If that doesnt work, just tell the boy he is a fool, and is intimidate by women, probably because of some inferriority complex of his own? Be as creative as you like about what he feels inferior and "small" about.

Tell him we shouldn't vote for Hilary Clinton becuz she is radical, and she will do everything in her power to see it's not okay to have any kind of religion taught anywhere in America. She hates for children to gain a good education at home. Instead, she insists that kids are thrown into the public schools as young as possible.
If public schools are so good, then my nephew wouldn't be picked on and say he wants to home-school. Bullying is not a proper school learning experience. We go there to get smart, not get beat up. If public schools are so good, why did 2 years of home-schooling improve my oldest brother's grades so much that, when he returned to public, his grades were the highest in his whole damn class.
Hilary is the wrong choice for first woman president becuz she's arrogant and cruel.

There is a reason the voting age is what it is. And this logic used by this "boy" in your class is such defense for that age limit.
If this young man were just a little more mature and somewhat more intellectual this wouldn't be an issue. But as it stand he is still going through some childhood issues.
One of the most powerful political figures in the world is a woman. Her name is Condoleeza Rice. If you don't know who she is or what she does Google her.
And the U.S. is one of only a few countries that don't have women as head leaders. There are women presidents in Africa, women Queens in England (although technically she doesn't have the same type of power our president does she's mostly a figure head), but the leader of Jordan is a woman (and a very young, stylish and modern woman).
You young male friend should also pay a little more attention in class. If he did he would know that the president can't send us to war.Congress declares war. Despite what he may currently think our country is fighting a couple of very controversial Operations (not a declared war in Iraq). Both of which are sanctioned by our male president and somewhat backed by our male-dominated Congress.
What he is suggesting is absurd at best. I suggest you educate him on the number of women in this world who despite their biology manage to wake up everyday and not blow up things because they have cramps. As a female you should make sure that in talking to him you don't prove his point by blowing up and yelling obscenities and saying things that are based on emotion. Think and speak clearly and make concise points based on real evidence. make you point to him and move on. Prove to him that women are not a bunch of irrational beings waiting to "go-off" on someone at random times of the month.

U should tell him that he is a misogynistic @$$ and that if he doesn't like a woman leading this country, he should go move 2 Iraq where they believe that crap. Women can rule as well as men can. Mood swing and periods have nothing 2 do with being a strong leader.

Don't even bother. This guy is just dumb, and just doesn't have any argument! Also, I don't know how old she is, but maybe she has had menopause already, so she won't get those mood swings! By the way, I never have mood swings, it just depends on the person. And I don't think that someone with such an important role would blow it because of her periods! There are women who control large companies, and only idiots would be afraid of letting them in control just because of that!!!
