I am 11 1/2 and I weigh 105 lb. I am also 5' 3. Am I over weight. If so what can I do?

Well I just injured my knee bad and I am just gained like 15 lbs. What can I do?

It does not sound like you are overweight to me.

Here is a link to an average hight and weight chart. If it turns out you need to lose a few pounds, cut back on a few calories and start working out. However the lower end of weight is 104 for someone who is 5'3''. You are perfectly normal. Hope this helps!

im 16 and im 5 ft 4 & weigh 121 lbs.


your growinggg your only 11 you'll prolly grow like 5 more inchess if you eat healthyy.. jsut be careful what you eat & dont live on mcdonaldss.. exersize regularly(not anything harcore) ..

ur a bit too young for this site, and a bit too young altogether. Eat healthy fruits and veggies, avoid junk food like the plague, and excercise for half an hr daily, maybe u can join a school sport. Have fun with it and don't worry too much k.

You're definately not overweight. You're still growing!! Eat fruits and veggies but don't stress out about it! If you're really worried about it join a sport (not nec. a team sport, maybe gymnastics or swimming, dancing, whatever!) but only for fun purposes.
