The person with unlimited power. He'd just disintegrate the psychic. Sure, the psychic would see it coming, but there's not a lot he could do about it, since the powers are unlimited.

The person with unlimited power would be able to crush the life out of the puny psychic. Of course everybody knows this so the psychic's powers would be of no use to him. If he was really psychic then he wouldn't have gotten himself in such a bad position.

Well the psychic may be able to predict what the super powered person is going to do, but may not have the strength to prevent it.

I would want to be the one who can see anything coming. Anyone can take a hit, but the man who avoids the strike is the better for not expending the effort to swing. Also knowing when to strike because he can see if the strike will prove effective.
