Same thing happened to me it was so bad I couldnt walk and had to be in a wheel chair, this helps for the swelling and almost instantly made it better. Get a bowl or bucket of almost boiling hot water and mis it with salt put your foot in there to rest for at least an hour. The more times you do it the sooner it will heal :) best wishes

Try your G.P first, sounds like you have bruised it, and being that it's your elbow it really is the most sensitive area as well

No. A and E is for emergency care, not for old injuries. Go to your GP, who can refer you to a walk-in X-ray service if he or she thinks you need one. You will probably have to wait for HOURS in A and E anyway, as patients are seen in order of need.

you probably have tennis elbow. I had similar when I fell on my knee. The doc said I would be in agony for four days and then it would be better. He was wrong, I was in agony for over a month. Its better now but the memory lingers on..................

get the doctors to check it out. There is bound to be some pain. I'm sure it is nothing to worry about but make sure you get it checked!

Definitely, if the bone has been chipped or cracked, not getting treatment now may cause more problems later.

Go as soon as possible! They will x-ray it, and base the
treatment on that. Surely you didn't need to ask this question?
