The fundamental principal of capitalism is the reason that we can not stop Aids in Africa. In all epidemic, in America, the government and social groups stepped in and put an end to it. In Africa, we have thrown money at it.

As long as we think that we can use money to solve this problem, we will continue to go down the drain. One failure of one person of the world 5 million infected world people and we will be all doomed. We may never get aid, but everyone of our grandchildren (male & female) may.

Not much except actually finding a cure. But to stop it from spreading we should send more free condoms. And make sure they don't use used needles. We can only stop the spreading of AIDS we can't actually stop it unless we find a cure. Other countries should get involved, but they all have their own internal issues. Other than sending money and aid, how are we supposed to help them? I really can't answer that question. All I can do is pray.
