well i don't think it's possible unless you have a professional trainer but ........................
you can try.
maybe work for an entire year,every day of the week.
the 1 month do mushups&situps
2nd month do running
3rd&4th month do devote all your free time with alot of sports
5th&6th month lift weights [nothing light,at least half your weight]
7th month do running again {1mile a day}
8th month do yoga
9th month do fitness classes&arobix classes
10&11 th month go to a gym and do everything in it
12th month do running,situps,mushups&soccer&football
do this two years straight and you'll be on your way
you have to eat healthy,no junk food,no sweets
milk,water,water,vegetables,fruits,water,milk

well, I was like u fat and lazy all u gotta do is get a weight bench and bench 50-100lbs a day. soon u will work your way up to about 200lbs a day when u do that your way strong enough.http://muscleandfitness.com

Go to the gym and start to do bench presses, pull ups, push ups, and try to go up to 230lbs of weight but go slowly.
