Define dictator...is it anyone who America doesn't like. The Kingdom of Saud could be considered a dictatorship...but the Bush administration doesn't refer to them as such. And because America hates Libya, Qadaffi will always be referred to as a dictator...you say tomatO...I say tomAto....~~~~W
