3+2=5 it's like this, if you have 3 balloons, and your friend has 2, your friend gave her balloons to you(because she didn't want them) so now you have 5.
or if the one on top is hard try this, think of 3 in your head, then count with your fingers after 3, it will be 4,5 the answer will be 5
