I want to download the shipsim demo but?

when I look under the list it gives me mirror 1 mirror 2 something
can i pick one to download or i must download all of them?

Just pick one, preferably the one that is located closest to you as it will probably transfer quicker if you have high speed. Mirrors are just replicas of the same file but hosted somewhere different so in case one of the links are broken, busy or too slow, you can use another to get the exact same file.
