and i only have short white boots to wear so can you help me pick out a top and skirt please??

I would say a kind of slutty top - possibly low cut and a jean skirt unless its too cold. It all depends on where youre going though. If its to school wear a jean skirt and maybe a sweater or tight long sleeve or short sleeve shirt

I'd say go for a little red dress; strapless, a little low cut, with a little flair in the skirt. Match with (real or faux) pearl necklace and earrings. Then maybe you could curl your hair or put it in a sexy updo. And if you're into dramatic makeup, pehaps you could try the classic black eyeliner with red lipstick look that celebs like Gwen & Christina are bringing back, but if not, red or berry stained/glossed lips would be just as good.
PS Depending on where you live, it might be a little cold, so maybe you could add a cute white sweater to match your boots.

Well, it really depends how old you are. If you are ages ten to fourteen, and if you are a girl, then maybe you should try a shop called Limited Too. It has all the hot new styles. If that does not work then maybe try to get a hot dress or skirt and a sexy shirt and jacket. Also try to get hot earrings if you have your ears pierced because that will make him think you are all that! Good make up also will help. Get eyeshadow that contrasts from your eye color and also don't make your lips stand out too much or you will look really weird. And always remember to never put too much make up. Good luck on your look and I hope you get your true love.

Wear a denim skirt that hits just above the knees and a form fitting (but not skin tight) top that is colorful without being splashy, earrings and a necklace, maybe a few bracelets... put your hair all the way up and dressy makeup.

Don`t be too matchy-matchy with matching your top with your white boots. I say, go for a skirt a little above knee-length BUT NOT A MINI. & a dressy/flowy tank or top that compliments your white boots. Like .. I don`t know, anything since almost everything matches with white. Then dress it up with cute accesories (necklaces, bangles, earings). :)

One rule of fashion is that shoes and hems should be the same color family.
I picture a cute short white skirt with a red clingy sweater or other cute, sparkly top. Use heart shaped jewelry and or hair accessories.

Bottom- Jean mini skirt/Mini skirt
Top- Henley or v-neck long sleeve with lacey cami underneath/ tight jacket with lacey cami underneath
Bottoms is a no-brainer, mini skirts show you legs off. Tops can be basically anything with long sleeves(to balance it out with the bare legs, you dont want to over-do it with too much skin) that shows a little of your chest off.
