You've had excessive trauma to your torso. Your body is trying to expel the damage as well as heal itself. Furthermore, since you've been inactive, you're not able to move enough to rid your body of water.

This is probably perfectly normal, however, if there is a fever, inflammation to the incision sites or excessive pain to the incision sites, call your doc immediately, as these are signs of infection.

The chances are, the pain killers you've been taking for the past week have caused you to become constipated and bloated. If possible, cut down on the painkillers and drink plenty of water. If you're still bloated and constipated, try an over the counter laxative.

Call your doctor. Whenever there is doubt after an operation involving a general anesthetic it is better to call to check that all is well.

If you went "large" on your implant size, the "bloating" might just be part of your body's response to the trauma of surgery, but only your surgeon should make the call. Let him or her know.

The IV's they use in surgery can make you bloated. Also, some medications may make you retain fluid. I would let your doctor know as they may give you a few doses of diuretics. Do not let it go if it stays that way as this may increase your blood pressure too much.

I'm not a Dr. but if you have anesthesia and your appetite has been down, yes it is possible to be bloated. I would call your doctor just in case because she knows what medicines you are on and what anesthesia you had... so she would be aware of it is normal in your case or not.
