Is it actually worth fixing? They are so cheap these days. Most opticians give them away free! If you do insist on DIY though, what about a bit of tape beneath the lining inside the case.

Next time, get varifocals, with the top (distance) part plain glass if your distance vision is good. You can then wear them all the time, and won't need a case.

Go to your optometrist and ask for a new one, half the time they just give them to you free of charge anyways.
