YES! it's called a Chimera it can happen naturally; if there's a medical procedure i don't know of it.

I am assuming you mean the fusion of two eggs

Yes, I read about in the 80´s in "Omni" magazine...(no longer in print) It was achieved through the successful synthesis of the protein that coats the sperm cell which facilitates the "fusion" process. But, due to ethical issues, i presume, it is not an option offered to the public. Hence if you have access to a Biology lab and the skills required for protein synthesis, feel free to "do it yourself" Success would translate into "Instant" fame!
