Not much. I have learned some things from people and I am grateful for that, but no one here has managed to fundamentally change my views on life.
It's not that others' opinions don't matter to me, but I have a pretty good idea how I want to see the world already and most of it has been shaped by reflexion and books that are, frankly, miles above the average discourse heard here. Things like the thoughts of the Buddha, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Socrates, etc...
I do learn things from people, but I don't come here expecting my world view to be swayed. Then again, maybe that's asking too much. Somebody says something about communism, for example, I hadn't thought of before. I can look at that and say: OK. That makes sense. And in that little way, I've been moved. But no grand scheme kind of thing yet.
But who knows? The next great spiritual or intellectual revolutionary of humanity might just be on line right now.

I've learned a lot of neat stuff on here, but nothing life-changing or philosophically groundbreaking.
