When the various tribes of Iraq can peacefully come together and find a way to govern themselves without the constant sectarian violence which is tearing the country apart, war will end. Call it "Bushism" if you will, the rest of us call that democracy.
Yes, we have lost over 3000 troops in the years since invasion but Iraqi sectarian violence claimed over 30,000 lives last year alone. Who is the "real" villain there?
It truly amazes me that you weak-kneed liberals won't get involved on a political level but swarm like flies on dung to these posting sites seeking affirmation of your twisted views.

You can’t fool me Mr. Lie. Since Iraq was(is) an artificial country, the concept of Iraqis is equally artificial. What is an Iraqi other that someone who resides in an artificial country? There certainly is no common ethnicity/history (other than the brutal Hussein experience) or shared fundamental beliefs.
There really is no such thing as ‘an Iraqi’ (a bit of critical information Bush would have been wise to look into before invading).

I believe that is the official US policy in Iraq. The United States is finally opening its eyes and attempting to escape from Bushism, so Bush must act quickly.

no, the war will never end. Read the project for a new american century. this is pre bush. they had a plan from the begining and it is scray how clse bush follows it. they want that land to defend israel. 14 permanant basis in iraq....we arent leaving till we make them pull the troops. i dont know how to do that....

I am prepared to offer a bet to any one that is prepared to take it... IRAQ will NEVER fall under the control of America and Bush.
That region has too much to lose. They will rather all die than have McDonalds and Starbucks foisted on them.
