baby blanket. my mum saved mine... and i must say... its not looking to good. theres all kinds of holes and smells. do you still have yours... how bad is it and what does it look like. haha... do you still sleep with it?

I still have the blanket along with a set of PJ gowns that I had when I was a preschooler, the PJ's had a matching babydoll gown. All of it was still in mint condition and I have passed it down to my little daughter. When she's wearing the PJ's, and snuggling with the blanket, she loves to hear all about when I was a little girl. Most likely it will be saved for her little girl when she grows up. There is also a few other things that I had as a child/teenager and will be eventually passed to her as well.

YESSS!!! of course I still have my baby blanket --> aka blankie!! and yes I still sleep with it...I wouldn't be able to sleep without it. It's basically all holes because I used to tear and pick pieces off of it when l was little, I think it smells really good, a comforting smell, but a lot of people think it smells bad. But I love it way tooo much to get rid of it, so it will be with me for the long run!!

Hi,
Yes, i still have my different baby blankets.
They all are in a pretty good shapes, some even look like new, but they are mine, i can see them on the vintage pictures with me under or on them.
Actually, after me, they also have been used for more kids.
They are both comforters that the material was made of nylon (one white for bassinet and one pale yellow for crib).
They are those several white and cream color acrylic knitted blankets (one of those is crochet).
The knitted ones are so nice, you only can display them and sit your nicest doll(s) you played with as a kid.
I still have a bunch of my baby clothing also that have been bought or knitted just for me when i was a baby.
Since they all are too small, i cannot sleep in it anymore for so long...
No bad smell at all (but good laundry smell) on them.
No hole either.

i did but it was with my dad at his house and he moved a couple of years ago without telling me so i may never get it back. I have a teddy bear that i got at my baby shower and i have a blanket my grandmother mad for me when i was little so it is like i had two baby blankets and now i only have one

I wish I still had something from my childhood. My grandma adopted me at 6 months old and later came down with a disease that caused personality disorders and burned everything of mine as a child.

I lost mine in a house fire, but I did have it until I was 16. It was still in pretty good condition actually, and no, I didn't sleep with it.

I loved my blanket...but no, I don't sleep with it anymore....my parents put it somewhere, it's still in the house....I'm fairly sure it's still in one piece though! I think mine had little birds and flowers on it and it was white and blue....how I remember that...I have no idea....

no i never had a baby blanket i slept with what ever blanket was in my parents bed or what was on mine
