I think so because it said when she died she was currently dating and engaged to Damon Dash but was it true when they said she was married to R.Kelly. Is all these rumors true?

Yes they were engaged. In an interview he did on BET right after her death he said they were going to get married right after she finished shooting for one of the Matrix movie. Yes they were married. Certain news station obtained the marriage license. Something like that.
