XXY:
Always: Sterility.
Possible: language impairment, a lanky, youthful build and facial appearance, or a rounded body type with some degree of gynecomastia (increased breast tissue). Gynecomastia to some extent is present in about a third of individuals affected, a higher percentage than in the XY population.
Increased risk: breast cancer, pulmonary disease, varicose veins, diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis.

Treatments include increased cardiovascular exercise and testosterone treatments.

XXX:
Possible: lanky/youthful appearance, non-affectedness, or varying degrees of androgyny. A few may experience early onset of menstruation.
From what I looked at, there's no real treatment, mainly because most of the symptoms are mild or otherwise not particularly bothersome.
