yo Frank I don't know how old you are but you definitely need to write about something you know and have experience about. The great thing about life is that we all have those moments that seem to be life altering and they ocur at different times for everybody. Like for me my first day of elementary shcool was totally scary yet it seemed to other kids to be no big deal because they were probably a little more emotional mature, don't know. The point is what changed you? Don't worry about anybody else, write about what matters to you.

first day of college is a good one, especially if it's your first time away from home. It's a big change in life.
