we are trained to handle many problems. we are taught many tactics to help get your mind of the procedure so its done quickly and as painless as possible. Most of the time the thought of what is to come is worse than the actual stick .

absolutely! I went to have some labwork drawn the other day and there was an ammonia capsule taped up over my head....yes, they are used to everything...people passing out, hollaring etc etc....
