First, the Dem's are gonna try to take credit for it. I'd like to see how Teddy, Nancy, And all of the others, make themselves out as being on the right side. Comedy will never be as funny.

I along with thousands of other Americans would cheer IF we should win the war. How long will it take? The only war in US history that has taken longer is the Vietnam war. I do not believe it will be won even if we are there 20 years. We do not understand their culture just as we did not understand the culture of the Vietnamese and we lost. We were unprepared for this war and when we fail to prepare we lose. We have no exit strategy, we have had no real strategy for fighting the war. We should not be there in the first place. Bush's revenge war was wrong, We have given more than enough time for explanations, we have been way off on how we have handled the war and I do not thinke we will win.

Escalation is totally unacceptable, this isn't about shooting people until the threat is gone, this is about lifting the country into a state where it can feed and police itself, I thought that was the idea? No other country is throwing in more troops, they are trying to back off so Iraq can breathe, what is the point of the americans being there if they don't bother to prove security, so they can stand like lemons up there and get rocks thrown at them, and anyone who does is a terrorists,
You're going to provoke more and more people to fight the occupation, you refuse to negotiate or treat the situation sensibly, no general would dream of these tactics if they had just fought off an army and wanted peace. The situation is getting worse because the americans have MADE IT THAT WAY. Permanent war. If you really wanted peace you'd say pull out the soldiers, allow it to be run by a peaceful theocracy, but in truth you don't care about peace, you want to shoot people who are black or arab, am I right.

hmmm, now THERE's an option, get rid of all the bullets, and there won't be any war! Of course I'm kidding, because you're a neo-con and I'm liberal scum. I would have to say that we've already lost the war in Iraq. You can't win a war if you don't win the hearts and minds of the people, and there is growing resentment toward the occupation every day. You guys b*tch and moan all the time about how the Iraqi people should be thanking us, but look at how many people are dying every day because we're there!

Applaud. Here's a question for you and all who think like you. What will you do IF the latest surge fails and the "government of Iraq" falls apart? Will you then finally admit it was a mistake right from the start to "liberate" Iraq?

How are we going to win when it's not our war? It is a civil war and in the minds of most foreign countries and Iraqis we are occupying Iraq.

If we win the war in Iraq (which I strongly believe we can, and should be able to...) then I will breath a sigh of relief, be glad its over, and try to meet up with my buddies that would be coming home from it and have some beers

Uh...ya that's a good question. What happens to AMERICA after we win the war in Iraq? Bush thinks terrorists won't be able to attack America after we take Iraq. What a dumbshit....

We already won! We ousted Saddam, we set up a democracy. We established a police dept. Set them up with their own military. It's over. We reached all of our goals. The big question is....why are we still there?
