Yes, They have excellent vision in fact they can see in full color as well as within UV-A range and the reptile eye is set for distance vision as well.
example:Box turtles mostly seem to prefer red and yellow foods over green and blue foods.

They see about as well as humans (which really is not that good), but do not see most colors except reds and yellows.
