I received a text message and tried to open it but it keeps saying 'operation failed, try again'. Now the message is in my inbox and I cant open the inbox as I get the same error message. The only way I can read a text message is when it first comes through and i open it straight away. I cant access anytihing in the inbox and get kicked out. I have tried to delete it but it wont let me. Any ideas?

I have a nokia 6280, but i havent come across that faut. Seems like it needs to be re-flashed you can do this at home by going onto www.nokia.com suppport and downloads and select nokia 6280. But you will need 256mb of ram on your pc to be able to do this and will need nokia pcsuite and your usb cable. Or take it down your local Nokia repair shop and they will do it for you, if the phone is under warrenty they should do it free for you.

Sounds like a software fault.....if you take it back where you got it from (with a receipt) they should be able to get it "flashed" for you....if it's under a year old it should be free too! there's so many problems with these and the 6111 phones!
