It should be Russian Gold Finish. With a little research I found the answer. A Russian gold finish is a matte, antique-look finish. Miriam Haskell jewelry often has a Russian gold (plated) finish.

A brand of luxury cigarette made by Sobranie but no longer available, at least in the United States. Russian Golds were wrapped in deep brown paper and sometimes had gold tips and had a flavor a bit like Nat Shermans. They were the best cigarettes ever made.

Russian Golds had so much tar and nicotine their sale was banned.
