I have BitLord, and it was working fine, but now I'll add the file I want to convert and it won't work?

I'll add files to the program and usually they start to convert and such into readable formats, but on the last few, it will not even start and an X will appear where it usually turns to a green dot when it's done...why won't it worK? If anyone has any suggestions/hints that'd be great! (and, if I uninstall and reinstall, will i lose all the files that it transcoded already?)

my guess is that the program doesn't support the file format. you can try using this converter: http://media-convert.com/
