Yes, I would think it would be hard to let a guy near you.
IF your g/f was then don't pressure her, let her come to you. Make sure she can trust you, trust must be one of the biggest factors in your relationship. If she doesn't trust you enough she will never let you get close.
Good luck

I think it would be very normal to be scared or reticent about sex.
The best way to get beyond it--from the boyfriend's perspective--is to cultivate a safe, comfortable, supportive relationship and then wait for as long as necessary for that to take root and hold, so that she knows that you are both supportive, and not in it just for the sex.

Lots of times, there may not be a whole lot you personally can do other than be supportive of her.
She really should seek some counseling to help her thru her fears. If not, it can affect her in alot of area of her life in the future and she won't even realize it.

Don't rush into it. Take care of her. Protect her. Make her feel SAFE. She needs to feel secure and loved before she can go that extra step. Be understanding that it is very difficult for her. She may not trust you, but don't get discouraged.. you have to earn that trust. Good Luck!

yes, it is perfectly normal to not want to have a sexual relationship after having a traumatic sexual encounter. however, there is nothing that the man can do to make the woman feel comfortable. i would suggest that the woman seek some counseling.

just support her and be their for her. and tell her that you care for her. and tell her you understand why she don't want to have sex, and tell her when she is ready to let you know. maybe she can have some kind of counsling so she can get over what has happen to her, good luck.

How about you learn to spell before you go posting the same question over and over?
