do you have sparkle satin somewhere on the bride's dress? the general rule of thumb that i have found with bridal party attire is that the attendants dresses should have similar elements to the bride. If the bride is wearing sparkle satin, it would be appropriate for the others to wear it. Does the bride have a sweet heart neck line, etc. Similar elements should go to the entire bridal party.

That said, I would normally not pick a sparkly anything for a wedding party. You want them to fade into the background so that the bride is the one who shines. If the sparkly satin complements the bride then I say go for it.
