30 protons, 35 neutrons, 30 electrons.
Look at a periodic table-- the mass number of an element (bigger number) tells you the amount of protons and neutrons. The atomics number (smaller number), tells you the amount of protons. So the mass number minus the atomic number gives you the number of neutrons. The amount of electrons is always equal to the number of protons, unless you are dealing with an ion.
