A MEDC is a developed country whereas a LEDC is a less developed country.
LEDC- lower class people, poor housing, no money
MEDC- opposite of LEDC
When storms such as hurricanes hit, there is more damage in the LEDC countries as they have no technology and so dont no if a hurricane is coming. In LEDC's people arent well educated and dont no what to do in an earthquake or volcano..etc
