I am a White Earth Band Tribal member who is in need of emergency assistance for my house payment and my energy bill. I do not live on the reservation (live in Ramsey County/ Maplewood Mn. ). Does anyone know of resources that may be available to me? Thank you. (serious replys only)

You can go to your local Welfare office, they can help with rent, also set you up with government agencies that can help with a one time per year payment towards your gas bills. Also in the USA, there is a funding for Native Americans, but you have to prove you are more than 1/16th ( I think that is the correct amount) Native American.
