U.S.A.is # 5 in the " International Living" list . Is it fair ?

According to the magazine : the best four places in the world are :
1-France .
2-Australia .
3-Netherland .
4-Newzeland .

USA once held up high but because of all the problems
it has internally and externally many people outside of the
U:S: would rather stay where they are at. As an american
I lived in the U:S: for 42 yrs and now I live in Panama
getting much more benefits as a retired person than if I
was living in the U.S. so many factors are making it a
lesser choice . I served my country for 22yrs and fought
in the war so I deserve to do better for myself if a country
has a lot more to offer.

It's difficult to evaluate it since you don't say what standards this magazine (which I've never even heard of) used to decide what countries are the "best."
