I just got a new phone. An LG VX8300 and I've had it for two days. When I turn it on I get a white screen that says "Registering Applications". I can push end and it will go to my normal screen but I was wondering if this is normal and what it has to do with. I think it might have something to do with my "Get it Now" service b/c whenever I go in to download a tone or something it says "App. Currently unavailable" or something. So what's up with this? What should I do?

I had the same thing happen to me on a different LG phone. I was told to bring it in to the dealer and have it reset. I have not had problems since. I also had to fight my bill that month because when it does that it is charging you for the service it is registering even if you arent using it. I do not know if that is the same thing on your phone but I would definately call the store and/or go by there and ask. And also pay attention to your misc charges on your bill. Hope this helps!

Let the Apps register so they are connected to your network.

Yeah. I think it might. I think you should call your Carrier and ask them about that.
