Netgear router problems?

Hi, I am currently using aNETGEAR 108 Mbps Firewall Router WGT624 v3.

I have got 3 laptops and I want to connect them thru this device. The LAN cable is plugged into spot 4 of the router and only one of the laptops is currently connected (the light is one), what do i do to make 3 of the lights on the router to turn on?

If LAN ports are available ( usually four ),
you can connect the other computers.
Any difficulty go to www.portforward.com
for detailed instructions.
