i had put on a pad because i had discharge and so then when i took it out it was light brown stuff on it.it was there for one day only can i say it was my first period.

It is likely that it was like a pre-period and that you will have your period in a few days

No, It could have been a discharge warning that your period may be there soon. I would actually advise if there was any burning or foul smell that this discharge could be signs of something else going on Down there. (seek your ob/gyn) If the discharge was only the discharge & nothing more, then I would say just be watching cause its prob. signs of your period soon to be. So, it could be close to the actual thing.

no that would not be your first period, because even your first period would have to last more then a few days. you probably just had some unusual discharge maybe from unwanted bacteria releasing itself.

if its not blood then no its not your period. light brown discharge doesnt count i dont think
