Even success in individual sporting events, be it Tennis, Snooker, Athletics - even Football, Rugby ,and Cricket - which are called "team games " are only achieved by working as a team with coaches and the backroom staff. We learn about ourselves, get 5x as much accomplished, learn 3x faster, and are evaluated by working wiith others.

People learn more from peers. People learn a deeper understanding by explaining and teaching things to others. Understanding leadership tendancies, and working personality styles help us to learn and be more productive. Creative and corporate worlds both need us to work together.

Working in a group allows us to make more mistakes in a comfortable atmosphere and allows us to have learning and working communities.
