The case of Hitler's missing testicle is one of many bizarre twists in the life of one of history's most bizarre hombres....

One book published in 1968 is particularly interesting, and it's here we get to the question of Hitler's missing organs. The book included the report of the autopsy performed on Hitler's body by Russian pathologists. This contained the startling news that Hitler's "left testicle could not be found either in the scrotum or on the spermatic cord inside the inguinal canal, or in the small pelvis. . . ."

This revelation struck many as suspicious. None of Hitler's doctors or attendants had ever mentioned anything about a missing testicle, and his medical records were silent on the subject. A woman who claimed to have been his lover said he was normally equipped. Moreover, the autopsy report said Hitler's body showed no external wounds, even though all the German witnesses mentioned a shot through the head.

Hitler's World War I company commander, however, offered some support for the Russian finding. He said he'd discovered Hitler's missing testicle as a result of a wartime VD exam.

... so really this question is still some what of a mystery, and for any answer I might give you, there are probably many more conflicting ones. So who really knows?

As with all organs that we have two of (ie: eyes, ears, kidneys) there is always one that is dominant and provides more than 50% of the combined organs function. That said all males (and I mean all males; human, canine, bovine whatever) have one testicle that is larger than the other. It's that way so when they hang down, they are not suspended side by side and knocking together all the time, Most of the time this difference is minor, but sometimes it can be exaggerated. Whether or not this exaggeration was the case with Hitler or if he had only one, I can't tell you. I don't much care either. Just thought I'd add something factual to this conversation.

Soviet doctor Lev Bezymenski, allegedly involved in the Soviet autopsy, stated in a 1967 book that Hitler's left testicle was missing, (see Hitler Has Only Got One Ball). Bezymenski later admitted it was falsified. Since Hitler, just like Goebbels, was burned (carbonized, to be exact) after his suicide, there hardly could be much left for autopsy after his death. Hitler was routinely examined by many doctors throughout his childhood, military service and later political career, and no clinical mention of any such condition has ever been discovered. Records do show he was wounded in 1916 during the Battle of the Somme, and some sources describe his injury as a wound to the groin. Hitler's World War I company commander said a VD exam found that Hitler had only one testicle, but this individual was known to be politically critical of Hitler, and no documentation of the exam seems to exist."

he personally claimed to have three just like the "ginger man" in the book of the same name; quite an amusing read ;-) yes, that's the urban legend. he was a loathsome fellow, propped up by hubris and funds from, among other behind the scenes players, the "bush crime family" (googleable at your discretion;-) quite a surprise, eh? wherever there's money to be made, via war or otherwise, that's where the psychopath parasites are to be found feeding, throughout history.

Whatever about his anatomy, you don't get politicians nowadays
that hold and mesmerise the crowds like he did. In fact a play
on words, politicians today have no B*lls at all, so Hitler was'nt

Shame he had any at all!
If his mother had noticed his deformity, its a shame she didin't smother him at birth then I would have lots of living relatives. Instead they were all sent to camps and exterminated.
