Does anyone feel like we are in second grade?

First you get pionts for raising your hand to answer a question. Now we can get "STARS" if someone else looks at our question. This whole structure seems a bit "second grade".

I agree that the stars make us feel less than worthy people. So, my plan, just ignore the stars and have fun.
