First you get pionts for raising your hand to answer a question. Now we can get "STARS" if someone else looks at our question. This whole structure seems a bit "second grade".

LMAO. You are so right. I use the stars to quickly mark a question to look at again at a later time. I wonder if others are using it this way. Well, many times I use the star to reward the question poster.

Second grade is a breeze compared to the way reporting works on this website. No right to confront your accuser, guilty until proven innocent, no right to fair trial...
