Hi i'm a bit stuck, my Ip Address starts with 86:******** but it only seams to do this when i conect to my Belkin router. I can acess the net fine but i cant connect my laptop or PsP.
Also i cant get into the setting of the router to change anything, tried everything help!! :(

try this if your computer is wired to your network router.
http://192.168.1.1
or
http://192.168.0.1
that should be your local network and access to your router.
Unless you changed it.
Your most likely have a default setting reset button on the router it self.

1. www.portforward.com for
instructions to set your Belkin router.
2. Your IP address will be 192.168.1. 2 to 256
and not 86.xxxxxx.
enter different for your laptop
3. Your default gateway is 192.168.1.1 or
192.168.0.1.
