God can't exist by concept of physics. You can't create something from nothing. Perpetual machines would have worked long ago if you could.
Most argue that god exists in a different time plane or universe, but then what created that universe? God? Then it brings us to the question? Who created God then? People argue something can exist forever but things require energy to create. The concepts of religion and God are a paradox in of themselves. If another god created God what created that one? This is why people just say he existed before the existance of time. A cop out to give a valid answer (because they refuse to accept that He can't exist according to current scientific laws and theories).
The real answer is of course man. God is man's idea of an ideal government and a concept that gives those with bad lives hope. A paradise known as Heaven. These are all thoughts. Not real things. God = Hope.

The first human who needed to feel that there was a being higher than himself, a being who controlled all the things that were uncontrollable by that human, created God. Unless you believe in Greek Mythology or someother religion where gods are human, God never walked on the earth.

The answer is ultimately unanswerable. It's in the same league as "what existed before the universe". Furthermore, this is a religious question, and religious questions will get as many answers as there are versions / types / sects / etcetera. of religions.
It also presupposes that God(s) exist(s) at all and that supposition has, as far as I know, neither been proven nor disproven. The question, in short, is way too big to answer.

This question is often used to support atheism. But the answer is: God IS. What IS always has been. There is no before. When Jesus said "I Am" that is what his statement meant.
We operate with linear thinking and in a time construct, so it is difficult to conceive of a time with no "before," but that is the real answer to that question.

According to your spelling god with small "g" was created by human, but God with capital "G" is Alpha and Omega, this can be asumed as "TIME". When time came into existance and when it will end no one knows......

God was never a person. God never "lived" in the flesh on earth. God has been here forever. What religion have you been practicing. You might want to get your story strait! The 1st people on erath were Adam and Eve!
