My brother deleted my user account on the computer and when i did a system restore to get it back noone of my media files, music or movies are there. The folder is just empty. Is it possible to recover any of this?

Unless you created a system restore point that included your files, they are gone.

Maybe, unless your brother deleted all your files when he deleted your account. But after you make nice with him, maybe he will reinstate your account and get back your files unless they have been overwritten. He will need an unerase capability to do so.

precise click My computer >> go with homes >> Then click the equipment fix tab>> verify the field that announces turn off equipment fix on all drives.>> click save on with >> click ok. note: in the previous you test your computer you could turn off equipment fix because the trojans can get right into a fix factor and it can't be bumped off.
