it's actually hard not to smoke weed, i mean everywhere you go there are the "coffeeshops" that mostly don't even sell coffee hahahaha and the fumes that come from those are really gonna give you a buzz already, tourists smoking on the streets that make you give a buzz so , yeah, there be some weed smoking going on, it be hard to miss out on it.

Yes, that's very true. You van buy it in the coffee shops and there are many of them! You can't smoke it everywhere though. Many regular cafes don't want it but many nightclubs don' have a problem with it at all. Also in the streets, just out in public, it's allowed to smoke.
