When this question is asked, a lot of people usually say The Big Chill, because he was the guy in the body bag and scenes showinng his face were cut. As a result of this, the director gave him one of the main parts in my favorite movie of his, even though it was an ensemble western, Silverado.

He definately looked his best in No Way Out!!
But Dances With Wolves was his best movie.
I just saw the Guardian Last night it was decent.
Oh yeah Tin Cup was pretty good too!!
