Dry periods are typical with ANY relationship, gay/lesbian/straight...all relationships have their ups and downs, their good times and bad.
But what makes a relationship strong and lifelong is getting through those times.
Yes, I am very happy and contented with my partner. Yes, we've had our ups and downs just like everyone else. We've also outlasted many of my straight friends' marriages.

I am not just content. I'm compleatly head over heals in LOVE. I have been with my boyfriend for a year now. Yeah a year isn't such a long time but in the gay world its a lifetime.
We have our spats but who doesn't?
I love him with all my heart. He makes me happy all day long everyday. All I have to do is think about him and my heart races. My chemicals are mixing for this boy and for that i'm truely greatful. I have found my other half. The other fish in the sea mean't only for me.
He is never boring and the sex never gets old.
I love him.

yes, i am happy and content. relationships and people change a bit over time and the key to a successful relationship is to not expect everything to remain the same.
