lay down...and stay laid down for a long time, you could misscarry, call a doctor, doctor's wont make you pay over the phone, but i know someone who was in this position, and her hubby called the doctor, and they said for her to lay down immediately..so just call the doctor, dont stress, nap

First questions a doc will ask when you call: did you have sex recently? Sex during pregnancy often causes some bleeding because the membranes are swollen and get easily irritated by sex. Stay off your feet for the day. Sadly, if you are miscarrying, there's nothing that can be done to save the pregnancy this early, and they'll probably give you a week or so to pass everything naturally before doing a D&C. When I had my miscarriage at 6 week the bleeding was so heavy that it couldn't have been anything else.

Since you don't have any money here are some low cost options:
* If you do end up having really heavy bleeding that you believe is a miscarriage, you can take another pregnancy test in about 5-7 days, if its negative then you've had a miscarriage, if its positive, wait a few more days and test again, if you're still testing positive 10 days from now go in for a blood test.
*Even if the bleeding never gets heavier than spotting you can still do the repeat home pregnancy testing to confirm you are still pregnant. If you don't get heavy bleeding, but you have a test come back negative you may need a D&C to remove the tissue and prevent infection.
*Apply for Medicaid, it will cover you for the whole month that you apply and are accepted in (so if you get services on the 3rd, and don't get approved until to 15th it will still cover the appointment on the 3rd)

These are signs of an impending miscarriage meaning there is a miscarriage happening or is going to happen, and u cannot stop one once they start. when i had my miscarriage i noticed all of the symptoms u are having and they just ended up getting worse when the miscarriage completed. You may not have the money but u could have gotten medicaid very very easily that would have paid for all of your bills at the doctors..u wouldnt have to pay a dime..its for women who are pregnant and u would have been approved most likely, that u should have done the first time u found out u were pregnant..but now i suggest u get to the er asap (they will bill you in a few days-weeks) so u dont have to pay anything up front,if this is a miscarriage then they will give u something to help speed up the process for you and make sure there is no infection arising..if its not a miscarriage they are going to have to give an ultrasound either way and check to make sure the baby is still living..just get to the er,if u dont have a ride call 911 and get an ambulance..good luck!

you know sweetheart, some people still can have periods and still be pregnant. If this keeps up longer than a week, i would suggest maybe going to the ER. Try relaxing and not being up and about too much. I am a mother of seven. Take care and Good luck!

You definitely need to see a doctor if possible. You are eligible for government assistance so, go to a doctor now and apply for the assistance afterwards. It will cover you for up to 90 days before you apply. Also, if you go to a hospital and don't have the money to pay you can later claim indigence... they will either wave the entire bill or a percentage of it. Good luck.

Sweetie, I'd give anyone of any age this kind of advice: Do you want something bad to happen to your baby because you couldn't afford to pay any one yet? Goodness- go to the hospital, one thing you will find as a mother is that you can do ANYTHING for the safety of your children, including get enough money for their needs.

Just go and be seen by a doctor, you can sort money out later :)

I hope that everything is okay for you :)

Have you been getting prenatal care? If so , call your OB. If not, go to an ER. It sounds like you could be having a miscarriage. And being 10 weeks you can't just go without treatment.

Good luck!

you really need to get checked out. Somewhere weather Er or clinic will see you. It sounds like a miscarriage. Thats how mine started. Although not easy to diagnose on computer. If it is then you need to make sure it will be complete. Else it can cause problems and infection. If its not then you really need to no what it is. Good Luck

Hey do consult a doctor. This may be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
