Which areas of Spain are the best for clubbing?

I am looking for cheap apartments (NOT HOTELS) anywhere in Spain. I am looking for places where there is a great clubbing atmosphere but they cant be that expensive! This is a holiday for 8 girls for between 1 week and 2 weeks on the 20th of August.

I found that the Andalusian region is the best, I really loved Sevilla, people are a little more up beat, lots of Flamenco dancers, great party atmosphere.

Madrid near Sol. Probably also Barcelona but I'm not familiar with that city.
