A contractual obligation to go to Jamaica every winter. A 50/50 split of all assets obtained after the marriage and most importantly, who gets custody of the bling ling boots.

I wouldn't expect anything acquired before marriage...but anything acquired after is 50-50 and then we'll discuss the care of the children because that duty is usually left to the mother with no compension for her time, effort or loss of freedom.
