To be perfectly honest, as nice as we are here in Canada, we'd really rather you kept them there. We're ok with your army deserters and the poor American folks that can't afford the cost of prescription drugs down there.....but hate mongers.....I don't think so.

Try moving south....the weather's warmer there. Perhaps you could arrange an immigration reciprocity agreement with the folks in Mexico.

You're welcome to visit us any time but American refugees, we'd rather not if it's all the same to you.

The approval rating for the war is currently around 15%. If everyone who opposed it moved away, this would be one empty country. Why then, by your logic, don't the tiny minority that still support the war move to some country that is for the war?

Liberals don't call Americans "war pigs". Liberals love Americans, we call people who have an unnatural lust for war, war pigs. I usually call them Hawks. War pigs was a term used by Black Sabbath back in the 1970's.

So-- Now we have the Vietnam era classic surfacing here even though we were told that Iraq "certainly won't be another Vietnam"
The " America--love it or leave it " argument !!!!

Well. miss, the reason that people that have a problem with WHAT THE GOVERNMENT DOES don't just leave --- IS BECAUSE this is THEIR COUNTRY AS WELL and it is usually THOSE people who are willing to stand up and criticize the government about things that they don't like that are among some of the absolute grandest of all patriots !!! The way it is supposed to go in this country is---- the will of the people--- NOT the will of the government !!!! And, if you agree with the government---that's fine too--- but it doesn't give you EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps, those who cannot live within the precepts of the Constitution should leave the US. In the 17th century, that is what a group of religious separatists did when they left England and landed in New England. You can be a 21st century pilgrim, but hopefully with better shoes.

America was founded on a couple of principles - one was tolerance, that we would accept people with different points of view. Another was compromise - that people with different points of view would work together to arrive at common solutions to common problems.

Yet another was democracy, that enough people who wanted to change something could, through a peaceful process of election.

The whole idea of America is precisely so that people who disagree DON'T have to leave, or go into hiding or be fearful about expressing their opinion.

Because, Canada has a good immigration policy that you have to meet before moving to their country, unlike the policy in America... they allow illegals to cross the southern border, then file for welfare; while their true citizens go with out.

I think your premise is a bit off. I see no evidence of this sort of name calling. Anyway name calling is not productive. But to answer, I really can't say. Have a nice day.
