Depends:

For Polytechnic students normally sallery starts at 1500-1700S$/month
For University students normally starts at 1700-2000 S$.

WIth experience of course should be paid better in your case they offer 3000S$/month (/12). Question is what other conditions they offer. Housing, transport allowance, medical,........

For your experience it is maybe more on low side but Singapore companies like to hire (Indian/malay) workers as they are cheaper then hiring local or Western with similar experience.

The question is do you think can you improve yourself more during the years in Singapore ?
