I had this problem and I got tested for several things. Diabetes, thyroid, iron, etc. Check with an Endocrinologist, it could be Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. It is very common and usually not diagnosed. Not life threatening, but can lead to type II Diabetes.

Being anemic (low iron in your blood)
depression, sometimes you can be unaware your depressed.
fibromyalgia
If you are tired all the time you need to see your doctor. And have them take a look at you, tell them exactly how the tiredness makes you feel. They might want to run some blood tests to check out different areas of your body thru blood, like thyroids, etc.
If you have been feeling this way for quite some time. Don't put it off. Go see the doctor. And if the doctor should give you depression medication, with out telling you to see a therapist. You tell them you need to see a therapist, I have been un anti depressants for over 10 years and am first now seeing a therapist. And I wish I would have went years ago. I lost a lot of time in my life thanks to doctors. And if that doctor doesn't have an answer for you seek a second opinion.
Good Luck to you.

Have you changed you diet at all? Try eating a good healthy breakfast and take vitamins. Try to go to bed at the same time each night, and awake at the same time in the morning. Your body's internal clock might be a little off balanced so just try to get it back on track.

Hypothyroidism can be a sneaky culprit. So can anemia and Seasonal Affective Disorder. Since it's winter, there's less sunlight and that can really run some people down.
Check with your doctor to see what's going on with you.

You could just be doing too much, or not sleeping/eating properly. You might want to ask your doctor to run a blood panel to see if your immune system is fighting something you don't know about. Good luck!

Really get this check if it continues after you have taken B-12 for a few days and no improvement.
